Clifford Wolf becomes co-chair of Risc-V workgroup

Co-Founder and CTO of Symbiotic EDA Clifford Wolf was accepted as a co-chair  of the work group, which will propose an instruction standard for bit manipulation. Chair is Ken Dockser from Qualcomm.
